By accessing or using Sangamo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

Use of Service

Sangamo provides tools for organizing private circles and events. You agree to:

• Use the service lawfully and respectfully
• Not impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Not use the service for spam or harassment
• Keep your account secure and confidential
• Not attempt to access unauthorized areas of the service

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We use magic link authentication to keep your account secure. You must provide a valid email address to use Sangamo.

Privacy and Content

Circles on Sangamo are private and invite-only. As an organizer, you are responsible for:

• Managing who has access to your circles
• The content you share within your circles
• Complying with applicable laws regarding data and privacy

Subscriptions and Billing

Some features require a Pro subscription. By upgrading to Pro, you agree to pay the applicable fees. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are available within 30 days of payment.

Intellectual Property

The Sangamo service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Sangamo and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

Sangamo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
